So, I have been obsessed with Disney lately... as if you didn't notice with my last post. I am starting to think Disney is the root of all evil lol - seriously. Every princess has a 2 inch waste and every villain is ugly and/or fat. A lot of the time when I draw a woman, that I think is considered sexy I give her a small waste, curvy frame.. yadda yadda. Is that what I really think? No. So why the hell do I draw it? So I am going to draw real women, all sizes- because I am beginning to give myself a complex;) So here is my rough draft of "Hey Walt, Thanks"...

Hi out there! Im working on a new picture for my blog title. If anyone wants me to make one for their blog with their blog title..let me know- I will do it for free, I like doing them!

Well, I went ahead and took down my ebay auction listings with my original art. They weren't selling but that's not the reason, it's been a long time since I was proud of my art.. I was having an internal battle with myself.."Please let there be a bid""...to.."BUT then it's gone Foe- EVAH, if I do get a $2.00 bid!!" haha, but I went ahead and put up the prints instead. They make it the most tedious task selling on ebay- a lot would disagree but the categories and style get my head kunjumbled (don't ask). So, I have my fingers crossed! I don't know what to do now...yes I do, change baby diaper and sketch! Off to it!

"Man Eater" is complete. It's not exactly what i wanted but it's ok. I need to work on my "Witchy Poo", laters;)

I am changing her name to - "Man Eater", explains the art a bit more. So I have filled in with colored pencil and some ink, next I am coloring the background and touching up her face. I will post soon!

Part 2- Shaded- Started coloring

So here is the piece once I started with the colored pencils. I just realized her eyes are bit crazy...but I can fix that. I had my family look at this piece and they didn't really get it- I was going for sweet little girlish type that eats mens hearts. I put the oooh cherry at the bottom..like its flavored. I feel I have to explain this because of the absurd looks I got XD. Im sure someone gets it;)

I also started this sketch- "Trash the parts", I wanted to show the rough draft. Right now its pencil and some ink, I am about to darken the ink..erase pencil and start with the colored pencils.<3

So I started with colored pencils today, on my "Witchy Poo", I really wish I had done different colors..perhaps bright purple hair? I don't know..so check it out..tell me what ya think<3 I should be able to finish it by tonight..

My blog is becoming a mess, I am trying my best to pull this together, so forgive me;) I tried 6 different widgets for advertising auction items on your blog- this is what I get- a mess. I wanted a little box to the side that showed my listings..I will figure it out later..I hope. So, I signed up on Deviantart.com, I love it! Just when you are about to give up- you get a glimmer of hope. It was so uplifting to see such phenomenal art - And for someone with so much talent to tell me they like my illustrations..WHAT?...you like me art? ;) It's wonderful. If I really want this to happen, I have a lot to learn..but due time. If anyone's reading out there please leave a comment!!- LK

I feel accomplished! Woohoo! So I was able to get 4 illustrations done today. I posted the voodoo girl from earlier  -but here are 3 more. I am pooped to say the least, so I am off to bed. I AM going to do another illustration tomorrow- that's what Im telling myself- ;)

Im back...and I have a new piece. I am in love with voodoo dolls, they are creepy - filled with hate lol- but beautiful! I think every woman has been filled with a little hatred once in awhile, if not... shut your whore mouth, your lying (I say that lovingly;). 

Ok, well today was a good day. It may not seem like much but I have a couple watchers on my ebay art listings! Also..a few people (2..lol) reblogged my art on Tumblr! I sound a little pathetic, everyone has to start somewhere though. I sometimes wish I had tried selling my art years ago.. perhaps when I was married, poo on that thought. I wouldn't have had the motivation then, I was too comfortable. Now, alone with my kids, it's do or die - not that dramatic, even though it feels that way at times. Ok, let me get back to positive, I'm sure your not dressed for a pity party;) So.. "anything you dream, will be"- that's me throwing my faith in the law of attraction! Excuse the grammar tonight, I didn't get much sleep last night;)

Ok, so it's 2 a.m, I am going to pass out as soon as I finish this blog entry. Well.. tonight I tried more digital art (this self teaching Is a bit more difficult than I thought)- I need to take a class because I am not sure if digital is my thing. So I am showing you the two - unfinished- pieces. Well, kid time will be in 4...(5 if I'm lucky)- hours. Tah-tah;)
